At Keinath Builders, we allow you to choose from a number of flooring, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures and appliance options, which gives your new home your personal touch.  We maintain control throughout the design and construction process to ensure that your residence is built to the highest quality standards. Our communities and custom homes are always exceptionally beautiful, well appointed, and extremely comfortable. As we get through the many phases of building our new home, you may customize  many items to suit your personal needs and because  we are constantly on site, we get these changes first hand, which prevents any communications problems, quality issues or timing issues.  Many features that are always included in a Keinath Home such as automatic garage door openers, low-E glass and granite counter tops in the kitchen (just to name a few!) are considered options with most of our competition.  In other words, our competitors' upgrades are Keinath's standard features!
